Lend a hand - give a few hours of your time
"I volunteer because it sits well with my soul. I feel like I'm part of a very special family in which I am an integral part. This place has the vibe of karmic chocolate!" Yvette
"On one occasion I had a little girl tell me, 'Thank you for feeding me!' It was so heart warming and made me want to do more. I have three children and five grandchildren ...this just hit home." Carole

"Some years ago, we helped a family who had lost their house and everything in a fire. They didn't have any food for their family, which included six children and both parents. The ages of the children ranged from 14 years old and younger. They have been appreciative ever since, never forgetting how the Food Bank and I helped them in their time of need." Susie
"I volunteer because they are doing a great thing for a great cause, feeding those who are in need. I have a heart for those in need. It feels good to be a part of something good." Paul
