The Food Bank has one program & one mission - to feed hungry people in these tough economic times. Your gift helps to bring the security of food on the table and the promise of better days to come.  Make a real difference in the life of a hungry child or senior today.  

Donations are used to buy food and keep operations moving.  All gifts are tax deductible and receipts are available upon request.  Annual Audit Report and IRS Form 1990 available here.

The Hays County Food Bank is classified as exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our Federal ID # is 74-2331781. The organization is incorporated as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Texas for the stated charitable purpose of feeding hungry people in Hays County, Texas.
